American Structural Engineering (ASE)was a sub-consultant to DIDONATO in Buffalo, NY, for the Biennial Inspection of the three bridge structures that spans the Robert Moses Niagara Power Project. In addition, the complete inspection of the Visitor’s Center Pedestrian Bridge which provides access to several observation decks above the Robert Moses Power Plant for viewing the expanse of the Power Vista along the Niagara River Gorge. ASE provided one complete team, Team Leader and Assistant Team Leader, out of three teams to perform the inspection of the bridge structures. The ASE Team performed the field inspection and prepared the inspection reports to meet the biennial inspection requirements of the New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) for bridge inspection.
