Queens Midtown & HLC Tunnels Biennial Tunnel Inspection
American Structural Engineering (ASE) was an MBE sub-consultant to HNTB for 2019 Biennial Inspection of QMT and HLCT. ASE provided one Team Leader (of 3 project TL’s) to perform the inspection of both tunnels’ structures including the construction shafts, tunnels gates and other tunnel tubes structural members.
