American Structural Engineering (ASE) was a DBE sub-consultant to ATANE (2022 – 2025) & WSA (2020 – 2022) for NYSTA/Albany Division Biennial Inspection. ASE provided two full teams (TL and ATL) to perform the inspection of over 80 Signs Structures and Bridges throughout the Division. ASE teams were responsible for performing inspection, preparation of reports in BDIS, inspecting/issuing structural flags and CMR’s, inspecting critical and special emphasis members, updating inventory and forms as per NYSTA requirements. (Currently working with ATANE/Albany Division at 2022 Biennial Bridge Inspection)
